1. Our services

Age Paving Ltd designs, supplies and installs driveways, patios and carries out exterior cleaning for residential and commercial customers across Stoke-on-Trent and the nearby Staffordshire towns. All work is carried out by our own experienced team - we do not subcontract to third parties.

2. Quotes and surveys

Initial site surveys are provided free of charge and without obligation. Following a survey we will provide a written, fixed-price quotation. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

3. Booking and payment

To proceed with a project we require written acceptance of the quotation and a deposit of 25% of the quoted price to secure a start date. The balance is due upon satisfactory completion of the work. For larger projects, staged payments may be agreed and will be set out in the quotation.

4. Guarantees

Our workmanship is guaranteed for 10 years for driveways and patios. Cleaning work is guaranteed for 3 months. Material warranties are subject to the relevant manufacturer's terms. Guarantees do not cover damage caused by misuse, extreme weather, unauthorised modification, or settlement of the ground beneath the works.

5. Site conditions

Quotations are based on the site conditions observed during the survey. If unexpected conditions are encountered during the work (for example, hidden drainage, poor ground, or asbestos), we will discuss the implications and any additional costs with you before proceeding. We reserve the right to revise the quotation where site conditions differ materially from those surveyed.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before a scheduled appointment. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, except in circumstances covered by law. If we cancel an appointment, we will rearrange at the earliest mutually convenient date at no cost to you.
